I have the attention of a nat and rarley read long blog posts (especially when you've already got 10 windows open :)) If your post is to educate, then a long blog post would probably be appropriate, but to stimulate interest, a short post is probably the way to go. In the IM industry we have more exposure to emails, sales letters, oto's, front end, back end etc etc. To grab your prospect's interest and keep it is extremely difficult. I only needs to be as long - or as short - as you need to get the point across. As in this post - short - asks the question and stimulates thought. What more can you want than that?
